ศูนย์สิริกิติ์–พระราม 4 — The corridor betting on itself
The strip between Rama IV and the expressway is where the Khlong Toei district changes costume: convention crowds at QSNCC, Benjakitti's wetland skyline directly across the road, office towers at the FYI corner, and a fast-multiplying row of new towers along the MRT. It is a corridor more than a village — but corridors near parks, rail and ten thousand conference visitors have a way of becoming addresses. Emerging, and priced like it still is.
