Jim Thompson House
บ้านจิม ทอมป์สัน
Teak houses and silk history in a jungle garden by the khlong.
The silk king's compound of six teak houses, assembled from across Siam and filled with Southeast Asian art — then he walked into the Malaysian jungle in 1967 and never came back. The mystery is the hook; the architecture and the canal-side garden are the reward. Tours run continuously; the shop is dangerous.
