Jodd Fairs Ratchada
จ๊อดแฟร์
The night-market brand that led the 2020s revival, reborn on Ratchadaphisek after its famous Rama 9 site closed in 2025 — neon food stalls, vintage sellers and the crowds to match.
Jodd Fairs started at Rama 9 in December 2021 and made the formula famous there. Leng saap — the volcano of pork spine — is the signature photo-op; the queue moves faster at the second stall. Weeknights after 21:00 beat weekends by half the crowd.

Timing it right
- Market hours vary enormously — some are weekend-only, some are night-only, and a few are both.
- Cash still rules the small stalls; bring small notes.
- Go early or late. The middle of the day is the hottest and most crowded part of any Bangkok market.
