Safari World
ซาฟารีเวิลด์
The drive-through safari and marine park on the city's edge — giraffes at the car window, dolphin shows after lunch. The classic big family day out.
The drive-through half works best early, while it's cool — giraffes mob the feeding windows all day. The predator zone closed in September 2025 after a keeper was killed; check whether it has reopened before you go. The dolphin shows pack out by 10:30. Bring or rent a car for the safari loop; the coach tour skips the best pauses.

Using the park
- Bangkok's public parks generally run about 04:30 to 21:00 — the city exercises before the heat and after it.
- Midday is punishing from March to May; dawn and the hour before dusk are what these spaces are for.
- Water monitors are residents, not an emergency. Give them room and they'll ignore you.
