The blue-flag hop-on boat: every 30 min, about 08:30–20:00, ฿40 a ride or ฿150 for the day. Only the boats from about noon go on to Asiatique (official timetable).

Riding the boat
- Pay at the pier booth or to the conductor on board — cash, ฿17–36 on the express boats; the blue tourist boat is ฿40.
- Boats stop briefly and don't always tie up: step on deliberately, hold the rail, and let the crew tell you when.
- Service thins out sharply in the evening and stops well before the trains do.
- Rain and river traffic move the timings; treat any quoted duration as typical, not scheduled.
