Yaowarat night street food

เยาวราช

The night parade of woks — Bangkok's great night-food street.

Chinatown's main artery turns into a food canyon after dark — neon signs stacked five storeys, woks flaming on the pavement, queues self-organizing outside the famous spots. Bird's nest, guay jub pepper soup, mango sticky rice, grilled prawns the size of your hand. Come hungry, walk the whole strip once before committing, and eat standing where the locals stand.
